Returns Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Returns/Claims may only be requested if it falls within these conditions:

  1. If you receive the wrong device/order
  2. If your order was damaged upon arrival, excluding any cosmetic issues as stipulated.

Failure to notify us of any of the above issues within 2 days of receiving the goods, you hereby acknowledge that the device is correct and in good working order.

For New Products

New product is refundable once only when received fake item or item lost

Returns For Incorrect Item / Faulty Item / Damaged Item :

  1. Send us picture via email / whatsapp / sms to 016-900-2733, as reference. We will verify and proceed to the next steps!
  2. Return a new unit *subject to hardware issues (not covered if human damage by customers).
  3. Software issues will not entitle for exchange

* Courier Service fees will be covered
* have to be in completely new condition + all accessories in box.

 

For Second hand / Used products

Second hand / used product is refundable once only when received fake item or item lost

Warranty void does not cover if

  •  Water damage (even waterproof model)
  •  Drop damage
  •  Screen cracked / back glass / LCD (got line , bubble , dot)
  •  Repair or open by third party
  •  Apple / iCloud ID lock / forgot password
  •  Warranty sticker broken or been removed

Returns For Incorrect Item / Faulty Item / Damaged Item :

  1. 7 days warranty ONLY if you discover any issues
  2. Send us picture via email / whatsapp / sms to 016-900-2733, as reference. We will verify and proceed to the next steps!
  3. Return a unit *subject to hardware issues (not covered if human damage by customers).
